Tickets
Definitions: Child (2-16 years), Adult (17-64 years), Concession (disabled, carer, senior, student), Senior (65+ years), Infant (under 2 years, free entry).
Tickets are non-refundable and valid only until their expiration date. Specific offers (e.g., "Charles Goes Free") have additional terms. Dated Tickets are non refundable an non transferable.
Annual Passes
Annual passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. They must be presented for admission.
Passes are valid for 12 months from the first visit and may not be valid for all events.
Pembrokeshire Pass - Available to Pembrokeshire residents only, proof of residency may be required.
Selected special event days may be excluded from the annual pass or accessible at an extra fee.
Lost passes can be reprinted for £1. An adult must accompany children under 15.
The park also reserves the right to cancel memberships if they are found to be used fraudulently or if the necessary documentation for certain types of memberships (like those requiring proof of disability) is not provided.
Animal Experiences
Booked first-come, first-served, non-refundable. Manor Wildlife Park can reschedule or cancel for welfare or health reasons.
Security
CCTV is used for security and safety purposes.
Photography and Recordings
Personal photos and videos are allowed. Commercial use requires permission. Manor Wildlife Park may use visitor photos for promotional purposes.
Social Media Competitions
Each competition has specific terms and conditions.
Christmas Discount Sale on Annual Passes and Gift Tickets
Valid from 07.12.23 to 15.12.23, offering a 20% discount on annual passes and gift tickets.
Passes must be redeemed by 31.03.2024. These passes and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Half Price Tickets February 2024
Valid from 01.02.24 to 29.02.24.
Tickets must be bought online and are non-refundable and non-transferable. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions
Special Event Dates
These terms and conditions apply to special events taking place on the following dates in Summer 2024: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, and 30th August.
Member Admission
Annual pass holders cannot use their free entry benefit for these special event dates.
Members can attend these events for an additional fee of £5 per event.
Members must present their valid annual pass upon arrival to gain entry at the discounted rate.
Ticket Purchase and Entry
Tickets for special events must be purchased separately. Standard entry fees apply to non-members.
All visitors, including members, must show their tickets and memberships (if applicable) at the entrance.
Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable
Tickets purchased for these special events are non-transferable and non-refundable.
The additional £5 fee for members is also non-refundable.
Identification Requirements
Members must present their annual pass and a valid photo ID to verify their membership status.
General Admission Rules
Standard park rules and regulations apply during these special events.
Manor Wildlife Park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive.
Changes and Cancellations
Manor Wildlife Park reserves the right to change or cancel event dates and times without prior notice.
In the event of cancellation by the park, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be considered.
