WILD ABOUT ANIMALS?
Our volunteer programme gives you the chance to work in a unique setting and participate in conservation and education of some of the world’s most endangered animals!
We are very proud of our volunteer programme, they are a key component helping us fulfil our mission to “Protect and secure endangered species and ecosystems”.
Our volunteers are a dedicated team working within the larger team of Manor as a whole who have a keen interest in being involved in conservation and education of endangered species. The programme allows you to broaden your interests, make new friends and learn new skills too.
Animal Placement Intern
Our Animal Placement Interns ideally are working towards or have recently completed an animal/wildlife related qualification. Their primary role in the park is to help ensure the mission of protecting and securing endangered species is upheld. . Our interns will also help to educate our visitors about our animals this while working within the animal keeping team. This is done by assisting the animal keepers with tasks such as animal presentations, experiences and general husbandry and care for the animals.
